On December 2nd, 2015 Quicken Loans held their 30th Anniversary Celebration at the legendary Fox Theater in Detroit, Michigan.
Quicken Loans is the nation’s largest online retail mortgage lender and the second largest retail mortgage lender in the U.S. It is also the nation’s leading Veteran Affairs (AV) lender and the largest FHA lender.
Guest hosts Jay Farner (President, CMO/Quicken Loans) and Daniel ‘Dan’ Gilbert (Chairman, Founder/Quicken Loans) kicked off the day to 3 meetings of over 4000 people each.
The main performer for the event was America’s Got Talent Hip-Hop Violinist SVET. SVET performed a mixture of todays top 40’s hits ( Justin Bieber, Sorry | Drake, Hotline Bling | The Weeknd, Can’t Feel My Face ) and some of the best oldies ( Journey, Don’t Stop Believing ) getting each group meeting of 4000 dancing, taking photos and videos and making sure they were having a great time . SVET was accompanied by Toledo’s Premier DJ A.K. (Adis Kurtovic).

Last week SVET traveled to MIAMI for the 2013 Winter Music Conference. In addition to a performance at Smirnoff’s Master of the Mix Contest, SVET also made several guest appearances throughout Miami Music Week including Mansion Nightclub and the Dirty Dutch Party hosted at Story Nightclub.

This past week, SVET the Violinist launched a BRAND NEW Website as well as releasing more upcoming shows on his 2013 Music Tour.
Recently, several colleges and universities released press editorials featuring fantastic reviews on SVET’s performances with one student explaining;
“I’ve never seen such a high energy performance from one person,” said Lorie Blunck, Student Union Board director. “His violin work is amazing, and you will feel like you’re at a hip-hop concert.”

MAXIM MAGAZINE: NYE PARTY AT COPIA NYC
To bring in the New Year, Svet performed at Maxim Magazine’s New Years Eve Party on Monday night, held at the luxurious Copia NYC. The Black and White Affair, hosted in collaboration with Kahlua Midnight is an annual VIP open bar event, complete with a red carpet entrance and elegant cocktail attire theme.

The Maxim Midnight NYE 2013 party featured the years hottest models to grace the pages of Maxim Magazine as well as guest DJ’s Rick Wonder and DJ Joe Ferdico in addition to a special live performance by SVET.
